Deixo-vos a receita:<br />

1 ovo<br />
2 bananas ( esmiuçar com um garfo)<br />
2 c.sopa de mel<br />
1 c. chá de manteiga<br />
50g flocos de aveia<br />
240g de farinha de aveia ( triturei os flocos de aveia)<br />
1 c.chá de fermento em pó<br />
canela q.b<br />

Nota: Reserve um pouco mais de farinha de aveia, para ir colocando na massa até se conseguir amassar e despegar das mãos... e também para polvilhar a bancada.<br />
<br />
<br />
Preparação:<br />
<br />
Bata o ovo, de seguida adicione a manteiga à temperatura ambiente e o mel.<br />
Junte as bananas e os flocos de aveia e envolva com uma espátula.<br />
Aos poucos vá adicionando a farinha de aveia, juntamente com o fermento e a canela<br />
<br />
Coloque a massa na bancada amasse bem, vá adicionando um pouco de farinha de aveia , até despegar da bancada e das mãos.<br />
Estenda a massa, passe com o rolo e deixe uma espessura de aproximadamente 0.5 cm.<br />
Se desejar polvilhe a superfície da massa com canela e corte com um cortador de bolachas.<br />
<br />
Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 12 a 15 min.<br />

Há anos que não fazia um pudim e caramelo caseiro, este foi feito em 30 minutos e ficou delicioso.<br />
<br />
Deixo-vos a receita:<br />
<br />
6 ovos<br />
1 lata de leite condensado<br />
1 lata de leite ( a medida da lata do leite condensado)<br />
raspa de 1 limão<br />
<br />
Preparação:<br />
<br />
Fazer o caramelo com 250g de açúcar e 500g de água.<br />
Bater os ovos muito bem, com o leite condensado e o leite.<br />
Colocar o caramelo na forma e deitar por cima o preparado do pudim.<br />
Levar ao forno em banho maria, durante 30 min a 180º.<br />

Bolo simples ou Pão Doce de Amêndoa ... não sei que nome dar!!<br />

Últimamente não tenho tido muita paciência para seguir receitas, não sei se vos acontece o mesmo!<br />

Vou à dispensa, vejo o que precisa com alguma urgência ser consumido, pois não gosto de desperdiçar nada e toca de inventar alguma coisa!<br />
<br />
Tinha amêndoas sem pele (250g) a passar a validade resolvi triturar e fazer farinha de amêndoa, a farinha integral (4 c.sopa) era pouca e não iria conseguir utilizar noutro bolo ou pão, então utilizei também! Uma pêra madura, achei eu que ficava bem, ovos (4) e açúcar amarelo (100g) e 1 pacote de natas!!!<br />
E aqui está este menino Bolo ou Pão.<br />
Achámos óptimo, para comer ao pequeno almoço, não é muito doce e é bastante saciante!<br />
Claro que podem colocar mais açúcar ou outro adoçante da vossa preferência!!!<br />
<br />
A preparação é a de sempre, bater os ovos com o açúcar e ir adicionando os outros ingredientes!<br />
Untar forma e colocar no forno a 180 graus durante 40 min, mas façam o teste do palito pois cada forno é um "mundo "<br />

Ingredientes:<br />
<br />
• 100g e avelã torrada<br />
• 250g bolacha maria<br />
• 1 lata leite condensado cozido (era o que tínhamos em casa , mas pode ser do outro, caso prefiram)<br />
• 80g manteiga (temp ambiente)<br />
• 200g chocolate p/ culinária<br />
• 100g chocolate 70% cacau<br />

Preparação:<br />
<br />
Forrar uma forma rectangular com papel aderente, será mais fácil na hora de desenformar.<br />
Triturar ligeiramente a bolacha maria e avelã.<br />
Colocar a manteiga e o leite condensado num tacho e levar a lume baixo ,sem nunca ferver apenas envolver, durante 3/4 min. Retirar do lume e adicionar os 2 chocolates partidos e deixar amolecer por 1 mim, envolver tudo muito bem.<br />
Adicionar a bolacha maria e metade da avelã e voltar a envolver.<br />
Colocar a restante avelã no fundo da forma e deitar o preparado do salame por cima, alisar, para ficar bem direitinho, tapar a forma com papel aderente e levar ao frio durante 4 horas. Nós colocamos no congelador e na hora de desenforma bastaram uns 5 min e ficou perfeito para desenformar!<br />
